Refund Policy
We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do! If something doesn't work for you, we will make it right. Returns for refund or exchange will be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition with original packaging. A flat rate return shipping fee of $150 (or $75 for items that can be shipped via small parcel) will be applied to your refund or exchange.
Original packaging is required for the return of small parcel items. If you do not have the original packaging, an additional fee of $75 will be applied to your refund or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sundays-company.com. If your return is accepted, and we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
